THEIR LOVE STORY:
Congrats to Christian and Meghan on their engagement!
These two had their first date at the Margaux cafe in the East Liberty neighborhood of Pittsburgh. It lasted 3 hours -- the longest first date either of them ever had.
For the big moment, Christian proposed to Meghan on a rainy morning at Mount Washington overlooking downtown. He had their friend Renee (who got her engagement ring from Henne and recommended they do the same) take a picture of the moment.
For the future, they are already planning the wedding. They will be attending lots of weddings this year, so they'll have plenty of inspiration for their own special day.
About the Ring
"The ring is a tapered baguette style with an emerald-cut center stone and yellow-gold band. Meghan loves the emerald-cut so that was the obvious choice. I chose the tapered baguette style with Chayla's help because to me it enhances the center stone. The design truly fits Meghan's personality and is beautiful!"
