Hollywood’s ultimate bachelor is finally off the market, and he did it in all the right ways!
The media was buzzing when the news broke that George Clooney had proposed to his lawyer girlfriend Amal Alamuddin at the end of April. According to People Magazine, the engagement was a surprise; Alamuddin even thought it was a prank!
Clooney had visited Dubai in March to meet her family. Then on April 22 he got on bended knee and popped the question. Later that week, the couple met with friends at a private party. There, she showed off her sparkler and People got the exclusive photos.

The platinum setting features a more than seven-carat emerald-cut diamond and two tapered baguettes. Experts are reporting the ring’s value is about $750,000.
Clooney has given women everywhere hope that the man of their dreams will finally commit and they’ll get the ring to prove it!
